This page explains how to request deletion of information connected with Deal Desk tools and pages, and emails and text messages we send, including the missed-call text-back service.

What you can ask us to delete

You can ask us to delete contact details you provided, such as your name, email address, and phone number; messages, emails, and texts exchanged with us; records of your text consent or opt-out; and search or property details tied to you.

Property, lien, and tax-deed information shown in our tools comes from county government records. To change or delete those records, contact the relevant government office. We cannot make those requests for you.

How to send a request

Email iganapolsky@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” or call +1 (561) 407-6053. Email and phone are the two ways to make a request.

Include the name, email address, and phone number you used with us, and identify the information you want deleted. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account details, card numbers, or identity documents unless we ask.

What happens next

We acknowledge your request. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you so we do not delete the wrong record. We remove the requested information from our active systems and confirm when that is done. We complete data deletion requests within 30 days.

What we may keep

We may keep records needed for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. We may also keep a minimal record of an opt-out or “do not contact” request so we do not contact you again. Information may remain in backups for a limited time. We cannot delete information held by government sources or other third parties we do not control.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to end texts. Use the unsubscribe link in the email footer to end emails. You can also make a data deletion request at the same time.
