This Privacy Policy explains how Igor Ganapolsky, d/b/a Max Smith KDP LLC, handles information through Deal Desk tools and pages, including the lien and deed research page at realestate-seven-plum.vercel.app, the missed-call text-back and follow-up texting service for contractors and local service businesses, and the email and text messages we send. Our tools are built for US tax-deed and lien investors, starting with Broward County, Florida.

Information you give us

You may give us your name, email address, phone number, property address, folio or case number, the content of messages you send us, and details you enter in a form or provide on a call or by text.

We do not ask for or want Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or full card numbers in messages.

Information created when you use the tools

The tools may process the addresses, folios, and searches you run, when a search was made, which county sources were checked, and the results shown.

Saved properties on the lien page stay only in your own browser, not on our servers. Background county monitoring is not connected.

Public-record information

Property, lien, tax-deed, and tax information shown in our tools comes from county property appraisers, clerks, tax collectors, and similar government sources. We do not control those sources. Their information may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Text messages

If you consent, we may send texts to the number you provide about your inquiry, appointment, or service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We keep opt-out requests on a suppression list and honor them. We do not share mobile phone numbers or texting opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
